Scope: Nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) quality assurance and Warranty (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) regulated by the country are provided for the full range of monitor products of all brands under our company.
Warranty conditions: Users can go to the customer service center authorized by Titan Army for repair services (authorized outlets may change without further notice) with the valid voucher of purchase provided when the product is sold and the Warranty Card. You are welcome to visit our website: www.titanarmy.cn for inquiries.
How service is fulfilled: In case of repair, the full range of monitor products of Titan Army can be delivered by the user him/herself or entrusted to the seller for repair; if door-to-door collection is required, the user has to pay the service provider authorized by Titan Army for such service in accordance with Titan Army's Charge Standard for Paid Service.
Notes:
The valid voucher of purchase and the Warranty Card of the product are important vouchers for Warranty (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products).To protect your legitimate rights and interests, you are kindly requested to ask for a formal invoice (standard invoice approved by the State Administration of Taxation) from the seller when purchasing the product.
The invoice shall clearly indicate the product's brand, model, serial number and date of sale, and be affixed with the official seal of the dealer. You are kindly requested to keep the invoice properly.
On the basis of the official "Warranty" (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products), Titan Army adds the following details:
1.Stipulations on Warranty (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) period:
1.1.The warranty period of the full range of Titan Army's monitor products including LCD, LED, and IPS is counted from the date of the valid voucher of purchase provided at the time of sale. A 3-year free warranty is provided for the whole device (including the screen) for failures listed in the Performance Failures of Microcomputer Products caused by any quality defects of the product itself.
1.2.If the user fails to show the valid voucher of purchase and the Warranty (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) voucher, or the information recorded in such voucher does not match the product information (e.g.: the recorded information is altered or unrecognizable, etc.), the "Warranty" (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) period and free repair period of the product will start one month after the product's manufacturing date.
1.3.If the user fails to obtain valid product factory information, the service provider authorized by Titan Army will not provide free warranty service.
2.The Warranty (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) services:
For failures listed in the List of Performance Failure of Microcomputer Products caused by any quality defects in the monitor product itself, consumers are entitled to the following "Warranty" (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) services:
2.1.Within 7 days from the date of sale (including the 7th day), consumers can decide to have the product returned, replaced, or repaired.
2.2.From the 8th to the 15th day (including the 15th day) from the date of sale, consumers can decide to have the product replaced or repaired.
2.3.Within 3 years from the date of sale, consumers can decide to have the product repaired.

Stipulations on conditions for return and replacement of goods:
You can ask the seller at the place where you bought the product for a return or replacement of goods by showing the valid voucher of purchase. If the Titan Army’s requirements for return and replacement of goods are met, the seller will go through the required procedures for you according to the stipulations (for replacement of goods, the seller shall provide you with a new product of the same model and specification or another new Titan Army monitor product not inferior to the original one in performance).Specific requirements for return or replacement of goods are as follows:
A. You shall show the valid voucher of purchase, the Warranty Card and maintenance record of goods, and gift(s)
B. There shall be no apparent damage marks (scratches, bumps, burns, breakage, deformation, etc.) found on the appearance and surface of the product.
C. There shall be no apparent damage marks found on both the inner and outer packages of the monitor product, and the serial number on the box and the Warranty Card shall be identical with that on the product body.
D.All accessories are returned without apparent damage marks (including base, signal cable, power cable and other original accessories).
E.For other requirement details, please refer to the third part of this service policy: Cases not in the free Warranty obligation scope (e.g., cases in which the free Warranty (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) services are not available)
Notes:
Consumers can only have the product repaired if the requirements for return or replacement of goods are not met. In case of return or replacement of goods, consumers shall bear the related material costs for product damage or missing accessories caused by improper personal use or safekeeping, natural wear, and tear, and the depreciation cost stipulated by the state (depreciation rate: 0.25% per day).
(e.g., cases in which the free Warranty (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products) services are not available)
According to the Regulations on Responsibility for Repair, Replacement and Return of Microcomputer Products, when a Titan Army product malfunctions or is damaged under any of the following circumstances, regardless of whether it is within the free warranty period, consumers are not entitled to the free warranty services provided by Titan Army. However, the service providers authorized by Titan Army can offer “paid service” to the consumers.
1.The whole device or its parts have exceeded the free warranty period stipulated in "Warranty" (for repair, replacement, or return of faulty products)
2.There is no valid voucher of purchase, Warranty Card, or the recorded information is altered, unrecognizable, or inconsistent.
3.The nameplate, serial number, fragile label (security label) attached to the complete device or its parts are damaged, missing or inconsistent.
4.Display screen damages occurring after the purchase of the product by consumers (including display screen defects like damages, scratches, bumps, burns, deformation, liquid leakage caused by liquid corrosion); and product failures or parts damages caused by accidents or human causes (e.g., mailing, handling, loading/unloading, storage, squeezing, trampling, cleaning, maintenance, bumping, scratching, impacting and corrosion).
5.Any failure or damage to the product due to installation, disassembly, maintenance, modification or addition performed by after-sales persons not authorized by “Titan Army monitor”.
6.Any failure or damage from wrong operation or improper maintenance not in accordance with the Product Operation Manual (including plugging and unplugging the data cable and other external equipment when power is on); working environment beyond the specified scope: undue humidity and desiccation, high altitude, abnormal physical pressure, electromagnetic interference, power supply instability, electrostatic interference; signal interference, leakage or damage caused by inappropriate input voltage or ungrounded mains; use of malfunctioning computers, signal generators and distributors as well as graphics cards with no national certification obtained yet, and the output signals of the graphics cards not complying with standard VISA signals)
7.Natural and reasonable consumption or damage (e.g., natural consumption, wear and aging of the housing and plug-in parts).
8.Failure or damage caused by force majeure like natural disasters, such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, floods, fires, wind disasters, rodents, and pests.
1.When you buy our monitor, if the seller bundles sale with other companies' products, the seller shall be responsible for guaranteeing repair; Our company is not liable for any additional commitments(after-sales service beyond the service policy or product's Guarantee Card) made by the seller to you. But our company advises you to ask the seller for a written document when you buy the machine to ensure that the seller will honor the additional commitment to you.
2.Auction items and second-hand goods do not enjoy the "National Three Guarantees" service and this service policy, but paid services can be provided.
3.The machine sold at a special price, the machine distributed as benefits and promotional gifts or freebies are not entitled to goods return and replacement service, but can enjoy one-year free after-sales service for the whole machine (individual products comply with the after-sales policy promised at the time of sale, but our company is not responsible for the commitment policy beyond these terms).
4."B-grade" machines cannot be returned and replaced (subject to the invoice), and the parts clearly marked with price reduction will not be guaranteed, but the performance failures within 6 months will be offered free repair.
5.For the relevant "charging standards and rules for paid services", please refer to the Charging Standards for Paid Services(this document shall prevail) issued by the local service provider and released by Shenzhen Century Joint Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.
1.The company disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, other than terms of service listed in this service policy; if the applicable laws of the State otherwise clearly stipulates, Shenzhen Century Joint Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. shall comply with the laws.。
2.Shenzhen Century Joint Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, incidental or corresponding losses, including but not limited to business losses, profits or uses, caused by the use of Titan Army products or any software provided by Titan Army. Shenzhen Century Joint Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. only assumes the responsibilities required by applicable national laws.
3.Shenzhen Century Joint Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be responsible for the following losses caused under any circumstances.
A.Loss caused by loss of customer's products.
B.Loss caused by damage and loss of intangible property such as data and programs.
C.Loss caused by the third party's claim against the customer.
4.In case of any discrepancy between this service policy and the "Regulations on Responsibility for Repair, Replacement, and Return of Microcomputer Products" or other national laws and regulations, the national provisions shall prevail.
5.Shenzhen Century Joint Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify this service policy; The revised contents and terms will be publicized on the official website of Shenzhen Century Joint Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.
